During the player introductions of the 2012 edition of the Gatineau Vikings on August 23, the Ouataouais Minor Football Association proudly announces the first three recipients of scholarships from the Gatineau Vikings valued $ 1000 each. These scholarships are awarded each year to former players of the Vikings who are pursuing post-secondary education and who have demonstrated qualities of leadership positions, discipline, excellent academic results, and a great team spirit.
