If you did not pay using PayPal, please bring cash or cheque for the registration fees to the beginning of first session at 6:30. Please note our volunteer will only be present at the beginning of the session.

All players will need to bring a completed and signed copy of the Football Quebec medical form. Players cannot be insured without them and uninsured players will not be allowed to participate.

The AFMO concussion policy informed consent forms and equipment deposit cheque will be collected in early April when practices will move to the turf field at the polyvalents le Carrefour.
