Merci Gawain Harding Au nom de toute la grande famille des Vikings de Gatineau, nous tenons à te remercier du fond du cœur pour tes 21 années de service, de leadership et de dévouement en tant que fondateur du club et ancien président.​Ton passage a laissé une empreinte indélébile sur notre organisation et sur toute la communauté du football. Au-delà de la création des Vikings, ton mandat à la présidence de la National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA) a grandement contribué à faire rayonner le football chez les jeunes partout dans la région.​Nous te sommes particulièrement reconnaissants pour ta vision et tes initiatives avant-gardistes afin de faire grandir notre sport. Que ce soit en mettant sur pied les programmes de flag-football des Vikings, en te faisant le champion de l’essor du football féminin, ou en tissant des liens compétitifs essentiels avec Montréal, tu as toujours travaillé pour offrir de nouvelles opportunités à nos athlètes. Ton souci du développement — qui s'est si bien traduit par des programmes comme l’initiative des Jeunes Officiels — a toujours visé à former de grands citoyens, tant sur le terrain qu'en dehors.​Même si tu quittes tes fonctions officielles au sein des Vikings, nous sommes vraiment ravis de savoir que tu resteras impliqué dans le développement du football régional en poursuivant ton rôle de président de l’AFMO.​Un immense merci, Gawain, pour ces décennies de travail acharné et pour avoir bâti les fondations solides sur lesquelles notre club s'appuie encore aujourd'hui.
