The Gatineau Vikings offer flag football (spring) and tackle football (fall) programs across five age divisions. Eligibility is based on year of birth:
• Tyke (U10): 2018–2017
• Mosquito (U12): 2016–2015
• Peewee (U14): 2014–2013
• Bantam (U16): 2012–2011
• Midget (U18): 2010–2009, as well as players born in 2008 if their date of birth is after August 31.
