We are getting ready to give players their football equipment for the 2020 season. Things will be a little different than past years… Due to restrictions in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we can only accommodate 4 players in each 15 minute time slot.
For anyone that hasn’t already scheduled an appointment for equipment pickup, please come see us this week during practice.
If you have not already provided your equipment deposit cheque, please make sure to bring it with you to the appointment. The equipment deposit is $250. We do not cash the cheque, it is returned to you at the end of the season when you return our equipment. If you do not have cheques, the deposit can be made in cash which will be returned to you at the end of the season.
Specifics for Equipment Day are as follows:
1. When: August 29th and 30th by appointment only
Where: 165 rue Saint-Antoine in Gatineau
2. On the day of your scheduled appointment, please come 5 minutes before your appointment time, check in and line up outside the facility respecting the 2m distance at all times. Players and parents must wear a mask. You will not get equipment earlier than your assigned time, so please do not arrive earlier than you are supposed to. If you are late, you will be asked to rebook for a later time/day.
3. Only players will be allowed to enter the building. Parents may watch from outside providing they are wearing a mask and maintain 2m physical distancing at all times.
4. Weather permitting, we will be selling Vikings t-shirts and other merchandise. Payments can be made by cash, debit or credit card.
